Staff Sergeant Vincent D. Frisbee is the unit NCOIC of Administration, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 365, based at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He entered the Air Force in April 2012, where he attended Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas after he attended technical school as a Knowledge Operations Manager at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. After graduation, he received orders to Tyndall AFB, FL where he worked for the Weapons Evaluation Group (WEG) as command support staff as a Knowledge Operations journeyman. In 2015, he PCA'd to the Airey Non-Commissioned Officer Academy as the front officer admin. He left the Airey NCOA when he PCS'd in 2016 to US Central Command (CENTCOM) HQ at MacDill AFB, FL as an Administration, NCO. He left CENTCOM when he got orders in 2019 to Yokota AB, Japan to work for American Forces Network - Pacific (AFN-P) HQ in the Resource Management office. Finally, he arrived at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in October 2022.
